The new Coldplay song "Fix You" is awesome. I will have to give "props" to Skippy for pointing this song out to me earlier this summer after the album had been released. I'm glad to hear it on the radio as the slackasses I live with haven't burned me a copy of the CD yet.

Your stations must lag behind mine. I've heard "Fix You" and Jack Johnson so much I hate them. I never really cared for Coldplay, but I hate that 96wave 'Matchbox20'd my guy.

Yeah, our channel's don't try to be progressive. They even dropped the oldies chanel in favor of a Hip Hop chanel due to "demographics." I guess all the old folks can afford XM or Sirius and don't have to listen to the commercials in the meantime. I can count the number of times I have heard Jack Johnson on the radio here. Sucks that you all actually get the good stuff in a timely manner and they turn around and destroy it for you. There is a lot of 90's stuff that I like to hear now that Iw as so sick of at one point it wasn't funny...hell that goes for some of the mainstream stuff I heard 6mo ago that now is in some crap hole.
