AVI Files
I have some .avi files on my computer but can't get them to play in any one of a couple programs including Quicktime, windows media player or Winamp 5.09 something with a nice little video media player built in. Any sggestions?
You probably need to download some codecs somewhere for Win Media Player. Unfortunately I'm not really sure where, but I think I have seen people recommend divx.com. Otherwise a google search should probably work.
also you can always get the ACE megacodecs collection and install it on your computer. Yeah it takes up 60Megs of space but you shouldn't have any more problems with file affiliation.
Remember, when I ask for a recommendation, I am still a moron after you tell me all the techno geek stuff. Answers such as "Wha, go to this link and download program XYZ" tends to accomplish what I am shooting for. Nobrainer wins closest to the pin on this one thus far.
I wouldn't know anything about downloading porn at torrents sites. No, really, I too need specific directions and was too proud to ask agent orange how to get the DL of XXX.
Funk - program called Bit Torrent web site called PureTNA...geta shitty email address for all your crap mail you will be receiving if you don't already ahve one. Use it and get the goods. Check priors from Brad on regular email, he has described what you need at least twice that I know of. Just google this VLC thing and find a place to download...that one was easy. I have easily 8 hrs of quality stuff now.. if not more.
Nobrainer- we have taht DVD in the apartment somewhere. Believe it or not, what he doesn[t have, I may make up for in some old ass pics when I was frat club hsitorian or turned my camera over to people on the hall during preparties, etc.
